RETURN POLICY – DRAPES

We take great pride in our work and we genuinely want you to truly love your custom drapes.

If you are not satisfied with your drapes please contact us within 15 days and we will do everything we can to make it right for you.

If the return is due to our error we will cover the return shipping costs and either exchange or fully refund the drapes.

If the return is not due to our error, we may deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund and/or not cover return shipping costs.

In some cases, we may not accept returns based on fabric selection if the client has not requested a free fabric swatch prior to ordering. Free fabric swatches are available by mail; just give us a call at 1-251-459-0190 or send an email to support@7daydrapes.com.

Any returned drapes must arrive in new condition, neatly packaged, and in the original packaging in which the order was shipped.

Customer’s Own Material Drapes

We’re sorry; we will not accept returns of any custom drapes made from any fabric purchased outside our collection.
